Almonds

Almonds are the edible fruit of the almond tree, native to the mountainous regions of Central and Southern Asia and their harvest generally takes place between August and October. They are sources of protein, fibre, omega-6 and vitamin E. Today, the main producers are the United States (California) and Spain.
